Chelsea Partners is a multifamily investment manager focused on select growth markets. We invest in value-add multifamily properties in high-growth markets. Our opportunistic, cycle-guided approach seeks to identify mis-priced and undervalued assets arising from operational or financial challenges. In every investment, we look for a compelling basis, upside through value creation initiatives, and growth tailwinds driven by robust structural demand and high barriers for competing supply.

We are not generalist investors. We are operators first. Our founding partners have spent years on the ground — managing properties, overseeing construction, navigating leasing cycles, and solving problems in real time. The analytical work matters, and we believe we're exceptionally good at it, but our edge is in execution: we know what it takes to actually run a property well, because we've done it ourselves.
